Fast, Reliable Shipping

At BioVault Supplements, we understand the importance of fast and reliable delivery. That's why all orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services, providing secure delivery and full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Mainland: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Typically 2–4 working days
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.
