We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.
If you wish to return an unopened product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs where possible. We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
